摘要
大规模开展地铁盾构施工,同步注浆是盾构施工的关键环节。良好适宜的同步注浆材料能有效控制土体变形、避免地面沉降。分析了消石灰基同步注浆干混砂浆原材料对浆液性能的影响因素,介绍了试验和注浆施工参数的情况。对进一步了解消石灰基同步注浆干混砂浆材料,指导同类型地铁盾构注浆施工具有借鉴意义。
Subway shield construction has carry out in a large scale.Synchronous grouting is a key link in the process of shield construction.Good synchronous grouting material can effectively control the deformation of soil and avoid land subsidence.It is analyzed the dry-mixed synchronous grouting mortar based of lime hydrated material influence factors on the properties of slurry.It is introduced the test and grouting construction parameters.It is significance of further understanding the material and reference to the similar subway shield tunnel grouting construction.
