摘要
主要介绍了加强高速公路工程现场施工管理的重要性,通过对现阶段高速公路工程现场施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,探讨加强施工管理的有效措施,以转变传统的高速公路工程现场施工管理模式,采用全新的施工管理手段,从各方面对现场施工进行把控,促进高速公路工程现场施工管理水平的提升,从而推动我国高速公路工程事业的可持续发展。
This paper briefly introduces the importance of strengthening the site construction management of expressway project,through analyzing the existing problems in the field construction management of expressway project at the present stage,to discuss the effective measures to strengthen the construction management,to change the traditional management mode of expressway project onsite construction,to adopt the new means of site construction management,to control the site construction from various aspects,to promote the promotion of the level of construction management of expressway project on the spot,so as to promote the sustainable development of expressway project in our country and to obtain more economic benefits.
