摘要
某新建铁路跨海湾特大桥,跨海部分上部结构采用40孔50 m双线预应力简支节段拼装箱梁,单孔重量约1800 t,每孔由11块预制节段和10道现场浇筑湿接缝组成。根据预制及海洋环境条件特点,对模板加工及安装、钢筋绑扎、预应力管段安装与定位、混凝土施工、养护、节段梁的存放及转运等进行了分析,避免施工过程中存在冲突作业,使用了相应的设备和设施,并采取了相应的施工技术,使节段梁预制质量及预制工效提升,对以后类似工程施工与质量管控有一定的借鉴作用。
A newly-built railway bridge across the bay,the superstructure of the sea crossing part adopts 40 holes and 50 m double line prestressed simply supported sections to assemble the box girder,the weight of a single hole is about 1800 t,each hole is composed of 11 prefabricated sections and 10 cast-in-situ wet joints.According to the characteristics of prefabrication and marine environment conditions,this paper simply and concisely avoids conflicting operations in the construction process from the aspects of formwork processing and installation,reinforcement binding,installation and positioning of prestressed pipe section,concrete construction,maintenance,storage and transfer of segmental beams,uses corresponding equipment and facilities,and adopts corresponding construction technology to ensure the quality and prefabrication of segmental beams.The improvement of manufacturing efficiency will be a reference for similar engineering construction and quality control in the future.
