摘要
通过数字化BIM技术在首寰度假酒店的实施应用,在建筑工程管理的传统应用模式基础上,利用BIM技术、三维扫描、数字管理平台等系列软件对施工管理、技术深化、质量控制、进度预控、成本控制等方面进行完善和创新,实现建设项目降本增效的目标,并形成了相关可持续应用的技术成果和标准。
Through the implementation and application of digital BIM technology in Shouhuan Holoday Hotel,based on the traditional application mode of construction project management,BIM technology,three-dimensional scanning,digital management platform and other series of software are used to improve and innovate the aspects of construction management,technology deepening,quality control,schedule pre-control and cost control,so as to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase of construction projects,and form relevant technical achievements and standards for sustainable application.
