摘要
通过对冶金建设项目特征、造价管理的分析,以工作结构分解(WBS)和建筑信息分类编码理论为出发点,结合冶金工程量清单计价规则,提出一种冶金项目WBS方法,通过录入规则采集的建筑信息、造价信息,建立历史工程造价数据库,为冶金项目投资估算、概预算、项目管理提供参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and cost management of metallurgical construction projects,starting from the theory of WBS and building information classification and coding,this paper puts forward a WBS method for metallurgical projects combined with the pricing rules of metallurgical bill of quantities.By inputting the building information and cost information collected by the rules,establishes a historical project cost database to estimate the investment of metallurgical projects budget and project management.
