摘要
目前诸如人工智能、大数据技术、区块链等新兴技术还未广泛深入地应用于电子招投标的过程,相信其在电子招投标领域的广泛应用将是大趋势。通过对大数据技术、人工智能和区块链技术在电子招投标应用分析,提出政府引导和支持,人才队伍建设,法律制度的完善,标准化的建设和电子招投标各过程的规范化的对策,从而更好地促进我国电子招投标业务在应用新技术方面的发展。
At present,emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data technology,blockchain and so on have not been widely and deeply applied in the process of E-bidding.It is believes that these widely applicate in E-bidding will be the general trend.By analyzing the application of the big data technology,artificial intelligence and blockchain technology in E-bidding,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of government guidance and support,talent team construction,improvement of legal system,standardization construction and standardization of E-bidding process,so as to better promote the application of new technologies in E-bidding business.
