摘要
城中村作为一种特殊的居住空间,承担着特大城市大量低收入外来人口的住房保障功能,应通过改善其居住环境和配套服务等方式提升居住空间功能和品质,避免大拆大建。本文以深圳水围村柠盟公寓改造项目为例,通过介绍项目更新理念和策略,评析建筑空间、公共空间、交通空间等方面的设计方法、改造措施及改造成效,阐明有机更新是促进城中村转型可持续发展的重要而有效的路径。
As the special living spaces,the villages in cities bear the housing security function for a large number of low-income migrants to the megacities.It is supposed to advance the functions and qualities of living spaces by improving the living environments and supporting services,avoiding the large-scale demolition and construction.Taking the reconstruction project of Ningmeng apartment in Shuiwei village of Shenzhen as an example,this paper introduces its renewal concepts and strategies,evaluates and analyzes its design methods and renovation measures of building spaces,public spaces,traffic spaces,etc.,as well as the renovation results.Finally,the paper expounds that the organic renewal is an importa nt and effective way to promote the sustainable development of village-in-city transformation.
