摘要
博士生教育高质量发展是博士生教育发展的重要任务和必然趋势。从亚里士多德“四因说”视角探讨博士生教育高质量发展路径,可以得到有意义的借鉴和启示。从“质料因”的角度分析,合理规划博士生规模是实现博士生教育高质量发展的基础和前提;从“形式因”的角度分析,调整优化博士生教育结构是实现博士生教育高质量发展的重要手段;从“动力因”的角度分析,提高改善支撑条件是实现博士生教育高质量发展的重要动力;从“目的因”的角度分析,巩固提升社会贡献是实现博士生教育高质量发展的最终目的。
The high-quality development of doctoral education is an important task and inevitable trend of the development of doctoral education.From the perspective of Aristotle’s“Four-Cause Theory”to explore the high-quality development path of doctoral education,we can get meaningful reference and inspiration.From the perspective of“material cause”,reasonable planning of the scale of doctoral students is the basis and prerequisite for achieving high-quality development of doctoral education;from the perspective of formal cause,adjusting and optimizing the structure of doctoral education is an important means to achieve high-quality development of doctoral education;from the perspective of dynamic cause,improving the supporting conditions is an important driving force for achieving high-quality development of doctoral education;from the perspective of purpose cause,consolidating and improving social contribution is the ultimate goal of achieving high-quality development of doctoral education.
