摘要
本文运用CiteSpace软件分别从CNKI核心期刊和硕博论文两方面分析我国BIM研究现状及演进过程。结果表明,两者对BIM基础概念的研究始终保持热度,但其他方面的研究有所侧重:核心期刊研究热点集中在信息化、绿色建筑、可视化方面;研究前沿集中在综述、运维管理、可视化方面。硕博论文研究热点集中在项目管理、成本控制、二次开发、协同设计领域;研究前沿集中在BIM应用、施工模拟、三维建模、综合管廊方面。
This paper analyzes the research status and evolution of BIM in China from the aspects of core journals and doctoral papers by using CiteSpace.The results show that both of them maintain a stable degree of heat for the basic concept of BIM,but other studies are different.The research hotspot of core periodicals focus on informatization,green building and visualization,and the research trend focus on summary,operation and maintenance management,visualization.Research hotspot of doctoral papers focus on project management,cost control,secondary development and collaborative design,and the research frontier focus on BIM application,construction simulation,three-dimensional modeling and integrated pipe porch.
