摘要
基于非径向方向性距离函数与Luenberger指数法,本文从静态和动态角度对2007—2016年中国30个省份的建筑业全要素碳排放绩效进行研究,结果表明:从静态角度看,北京、福建的建筑业一直保持全要素碳排放绩效有效;从动态角度可知,有17个省份建筑业全要素碳排放绩效出现改善,建筑业碳排放技术与建筑业碳排放技术效率共同提升是推动建筑业全要素碳排放绩效改善的主要原因;有5个年度建筑业全要素碳排放绩效出现恶化,建筑业碳排放技术效率拖累是建筑业全要素碳排放绩效恶化的主要原因。最后,提出了改善建筑业全要素碳排放绩效的建议。
The non-radial directional distance function and Luenberger index are used to study the total factor carbon emission performance of construction industry of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2016 from static and dynamic perspectives.The results show that from the static point of view,the total factor carbon emission performance of construction industry of Beijing and Fujian are always effective.From a dynamic perspective,it is known that construction industry total factor carbon emission performance of 17 provinces have improved,because of the jointly promotion of carbon emission technology and carbon emission technology efficiency;construction industry total factor carbon emission performance has deteriorated in some five years,due to the drop of carbon emission technology efficiency.Finally,suggestions for improving total factor carbon emissions performance are proposed.
