摘要
目的了解军队首批支援武汉抗击新冠病毒肺炎护士的心理健康状况并进行影响因素分析。方法选用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)分别对我军某高校附属医院参加军队首批援鄂抗疫医疗队的93名护士(男4名,女89名)和同期同单位未赴武汉支援的临床一线护士90名(男5名,女85名)进行调查,调查于医疗队抵达武汉并开展工作的第10天(2020年2月3日)完成,比较两组人员的心理症状及影响因素,并与不同常模进行比较。结果前线支援组焦虑因子得分(1.49±0.37)高于军人常模(1.37±0.48)、全国常模(1.39±0.43)及在院对照组(1.39±0.31)(P均<0.05);前线支援组强迫因子得分(1.76±0.43)高于军人常模(1.56±0.54)及全国常模(1.62±0.58)(P均<0.01)。多元logistic回归发现高教育程度是强迫症状发生的保护因素(OR=0.034,P=0.049)。结论首批支援护士的心理焦虑和强迫症状明显,应通过岗前培训、多种方式的心理干预、广泛的心理支持和人文关怀降低支援人员的心理应激状态。
Objective To investigate the psychological health status of the first batch of military medical teams assisting Wuhan for COVID-19 and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 93 nurses(4 males,89 females)who participated in the first batch of medical teams assisting Hubei to fight COVID-19 from a teaching hospital and 90 first-line nurses clinical(5 males,85 females)who did not go to Wuhan for support during the same period were investigated by symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).The investigation was completed on the 10th day(February 3,2020)when the medical team arrived in Wuhan,the psychological symptoms were compared between the two groups and their influencing factors were analyzed.Results The score of anxiety dimension(1.49±0.37)of the front-line support group was significantly higher than that of the military norm(1.37±0.48),the national norm(1.39±0.43)and the in-hospital control group(1.39±0.31)(all P<0.05),and the score of obsessive dimension(1.76±0.43)of the front-line support group was significantly higher than that of the military norm(1.56±0.54)and the national norm(1.62±0.58)(all P<0.01).Multivariate analysis verified that education level was a protective factor influencing the occurrence of obsessive symptoms(OR=0.034,P=0.049).Conclusion The psychological anxiety and obsessive symptoms of the first batch of support nurses are obvious.The pre-job training with clear focus,various psychological interventions,extensive psychological support and humanistic care should be provided by the institution.
