去乙酰化酶3在心肌保护中作用及与心肌疾病研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 心肌遭受缺血损害时,心肌氧供障碍、活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)爆发及细胞钙超载等是造成心肌损伤的关键因素。去乙酰化酶3(Sirtuin,SIRT3)作为Sirtuin家族中七个成员之一,因其对线粒体相关酶的去乙酰化作用,可通过对能量代谢、氧化应激等的调节,在肝、肿瘤等领域扮演重要角色[1-2]。
