摘要
提出了一种基于“热瓶颈数”的散热器减重设计方法,通过对通信设备散热器进行热仿真分析,得到瓶颈等值分布,通过移除热瓶颈数较高处的结构,达到减重目的,并对比两种减重移除结构方案在不同散热环境下对散热器散热性能的影响。通过文中介绍的方法,可以在满足散热器散热性能的基础上达到减重目的,对散热器减重设计具有很好的设计指导意义。
This paper presents a method for the weight decrease of heat sink based on“thermal bottleneck number”.Through thermal simulation of heat sink for communication equipment,the high thermal bottleneck number isosurface of heat sink is obtained.The purpose of weight decrease is achieved by removing the structure with high thermal bottlenecks number,and the effects of two weight decrease and removal structure schemes on the heat dissipation performance of heat sink in different heat dissipation environments are compared.The method introduced in this paper can achieve the purpose of weight decrease on the basis of contenting the heat dissipation performance of heat sink,which has a good design guidance significance for the weight decrease method of heat sink.
