摘要
为了培养学生利用已学习的理论知识设计新机构或装置,在机械原理课程设计中采用SolidWorks软件设计了一种对开式地下车库阻水排水装置。该装置包括步进电机、传动机构、阻水机构、排水机构、阻水门锁定机构和智能控制与预警装置。当水位超过警戒线时,阻水机构启动,组水门锁定机构触发并锁定;同时安装在底部的排水装置在水泵的作用下排水,从而防止地下车库遭受雨水破坏。通过该教学案例,不仅能够让学生能理论联系实际,在本科二年级时能利用SolidWorks进行三维机械结构设计,还熟悉了单片机控制模块,提高了本科生分析问题、解决问题的能力,为以后的工作或者继续深造奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to train students to use the theoretical knowledge to design a new mechanism or device,one kind of rainwater blocking and drainage device for open underground garage was proposed in the course design for mechanical principle based on SolidWorks.It consists of stepping motor,drive mechanism,rainwater blocking and drainage mechanism,intelligent control and early warning device.When the rainwater level exceeds the warning line,the blocking mechanism is activated.Then,the locking component is triggered.Meanwhile,the drainage device installed at the boom starts drain away the water.Thus,the underground garage is protected from rainwater damage.In case teaching,the students can combine theory and practice,they can have the capacity of three-dimension structural design by SolidWorks.The students are also familiar with the control module based on the single chip microcomputer.These can enhance the ability of analyzing and solving problems which provides a foundation for their future work and further study.
