摘要 为进一步验证我国新一代高速列车乘客车厢存在的设计问题,反馈乘客实际乘车体验的满意程度,从乘客生理、安全、行为、心理和审美需求层面建立了评价指标体系;运用层次分析法和熵权法对指标进行赋权,构建了模糊综合评价模型。在试验阶段的新型高速列车中进行全工况乘客满意度调查,基于调查数据,运用评价模型进行分析验证。结果表明:该模型的赋权方法较大程度保留了乘客实际体验的客观意见,体现了主、客观赋权的科学性,能提供对重要指标优先改进的量化依据,为节省后续修改成本,提升设计满意度有一定作用。 In order to further verify design issues of passenger compartment of the new generation high-speed train in China and feedback satisfaction of passenger ride experience, an evaluation index system was established from the aspects of passenger’s physiology,safety,behavior,psychology and aesthetic needs. The indicators were weighted using analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. The survey of passenger satisfaction in all working conditions was carried out in the new high-speed train during experimental stage. Analysis and verification were performed using evaluation model based on the survey data. The results showed that the objective opinions of passenger experiences were largely preserved by the weighting method. And the scientific nature of subjective and objective empowerment was reflected. This could provide a quantitative basis for priority improvement of important indicators,which had a certain effect on saving cost of subsequent modifications and design satisfaction improvement.
