摘要
矩形平顶翅片散热带目前在加工过程中多采用仿形刀具连续滚压再经后续修整达到所要求形状尺寸的方法进行成型,存在成本高效率低、翅片成型质量不稳定等问题,通过使用有限元分析软件DFORM-3D对该成型过程进行数值模拟并结合模拟结果与试验数据进行比较,验证了结果的一致性,缩短了设计周期,降低了制造成本,为矩形平顶翅片散热带成型刀具快速准确研发提供了经验。
Currently, the rectangular flat’s fin radiator belts are formed by continuous rolling of profiling tools and subsequently trimmed to meet the requirements of shape and size in the processing. However, such problems as high cost, low efficiency and unstable fin-forming quality still exist. In this article, the forming process is simulated with the aid of the finite element software DFORM-3D, and the results are compared with the experimental data, which verifies that the results are consistent. This shortens the design cycle, reduces the manufacturing cost, and provides reference for the rapid and accurate development of forming tools of the rectangular flat’s fin radiator belts.
