摘要
针对胜利滨5井工厂地质构造复杂,前期使用的聚合物润滑防塌钻井液和地层配伍性差,钻井时效低,优选出聚胺抑制防塌钻井液配方,并对该体系进行性能评价,结果表明,聚胺抑制防塌钻井液抑制性好,封堵性、润滑性及携岩能力强。该体系在滨5井工厂6口井现场应用,钻进过程中井壁稳定,井眼净化及润滑防卡效果好,钻完井时效高,达到了优快钻井的目的。
In consideration of the complex geological structure in Bin 5 Well Group of Shengli Oilfield,a polyamine inhibition and anti-collapse drilling fluid was developed through optimization to replace the polymer lubricating and anti-collapse drilling fluid previously used that was poor in compatibility with formation,and the properties of this polyamine inhibition and anti-collapse drilling fluid was evaluated.The results of evaluation have shown that it has good inhibition property,plugging performance,and lubricating property,and high capacity of bringing debris.This polyamine inhibition and anti-collapse drilling fluid system has been used in 6 wells of Bin 5 Well Group and the results of use have shown that the wellbore remains stable,the effects of hole cleaning and lubricating and anti-sticking are good,and the drilling and completion efficiency was high during drilling progress,thus realizing the aim of good and fast drilling.
