摘要
针对西部山前构造及胜利油田部分地区由地层因素引起的井壁失稳问题,研制了一种三效合一强抑制钻井液处理剂,并形成了一套封堵成膜强抑制钻井液体系。室内研究表明,该处理剂可实现3种功能的复合,性能优于常规单功能处理剂。现场应用表明,封堵成膜强抑制钻井液体系稳定井壁效果好,可有效降低井径扩大率,缩短建井周期,减少井下复杂,实现安全高效钻进。
In consideration of the wellbore instability caused by formation factors in the piedmont structures of Western China and in parts of Shengli Oilfield,a three-in-one strongly inhibitive drilling fluid additive was developed,and a plugging and film forming strongly inhibitive drilling fluid system was obtained there from.Laboratory study has shown that this additive combines three different functions together,and its properties are better than those of conventional single function additive.The results of field application have shown that this plugging and film forming strongly inhibitive drilling fluid system is good in maintaining wellbore stability effectively and can reduce wellbore diameter enlargement rate,shorten well construction period,and reduce downhole complexity as well,thus ensuring safe and efficient drilling.
