摘要
文中进行预制装配式混凝土结构施工技术研究,依据预制装配式建筑的实际需求,制定装配式混凝土结构施工操作顺序。以此为基础,判定装配式混凝土结构关键连接节点,采用钢筋套管灌浆模式连接混凝土结构关键节点,并制定装配式混凝土结构防水密封形式,实现了装配式混凝土结构的高质量施工。实验数据显示,应用该技术获得的施工应用效果、评价结果均高于最低限值,最大值达到了9,应用效果较佳。
In this paper,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete structure is studied.According to the actual demand of prefabricated construction mode,the construction operation sequence of prefabricated concrete structure is formulated.On this basis,the key connection nodes of prefabricated concrete structure are determined,and the key nodes of concrete structure are connected by the reinforced casing grouting mode,and the waterproof and sealing form of prefabricated concrete structure is formulated,The high-quality construction of prefabricated concrete structure is realized.The experimental data shows that the evaluation results of the application effect of the construction technology obtained by applying the proposed technology are higher than the minimum limit,and the maximum value reaches 9,which fully proves that the application effect of the technology is better.
