摘要
2019年12月暴发的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染导致的肺炎(COVID-19)疫情对全世界人民的生命安全造成了巨大威胁,对全球经济造成了巨大冲击。该文在分析SARS-CoV-2的起源、流行病学、病毒结构的基础上,对目前主要的COVID-19治疗药物的研究进展情况进行了总结。这些研究将为COVID-19患者的治疗提供一定的借鉴意义。
The global outbreak of novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)started in December 2019,and has posed a serious threat to human lives and taken a heavy toll on global economic activities.Based on the origin,epidemiology and structure of SARS-CoV-2,the research progress in the main therapeutic drugs for COVID-19 is summarized in order to provide some reference for the treatment of patients infected by the virus.
