摘要
本文比较了兔抗人胸腺细胞球蛋白对成年人骨髓和胎儿肝脏粒系祖细胞(CFU—C)和T淋巴细胞的毒性,反映了这二类细胞都存在着相应的细胞表面抗原,而且,它们的反应性随个体发育和细胞的成熟而增强。
The nature of cell membrane is always associated with specific antigens.During the course of ontogeny and the differentiation of cells.the membrane accessories are sub jected to quantitative and qualitative changes.In this paper we compare the cytotoxicity of a crude preparation of rabbit antihuman thymocyte immunoglobulin(ATG)towards granuloid progenitor cell(CFU-C)and T-lymphocytes from human foetal liver and adult bone marrow.The cytotoxic of ATG towards T-lymphocyte from different sources is in the order that peripheral blood>bone marrow>foetal liver,and the cytotoxic activity of ATG towards CFU-C from adult bone marrow is higher than that from foetal liver.Therefore,it may be assumed that the reactivity of cell membrane antigen on CFU-C and T-lymphocyte increases with the development of individuals and the differentiation and maturation of cells.The different immunological reactivity is similar in nature to the clinical manifestation,that the incidence of GVHD occured after foetal liver transplantation is less severe than that observed in allogenic bone marrow transplantation.
