摘要
为提高军用车辆装备维修质量和效益,以遴选车辆装备社会化承修机构为牵引,立足车辆装备社会化承修机构评估,基于定量分析与定性分析相结合,利用层次分析法,规范遴选社会化承修机构指标标准,利用该标准组织专家进行量化打分,确定最终的社会化承修机构,可为各级部队遴选社会化承修机构提供参考。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of military vehicle and equipment maintenance,this paper firstly takes the selection of socialized vehicle and equipment maintenance organizations as the traction.Then,based on the evaluation of socialized vehicle and equipment maintenance organizations,it combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and uses the analytic hierarchy process to standardize the index standard for selecting socialized maintenance organizations.Finally,it organizes experts to conduct quantitative scoring with this standard and determines the final socialized maintenance organizations,which can provide reference for troops at all levels to select socialized maintenance organizations.
