问题导学教学模式在预选军士培训中的应用

摘要 为提升军队院校军士培训质量,阐述问题导学教学模式的基本内涵、发展概况和主要特征,从科学设计问题、适情呈现问题、精准分析问题、多元解决问题、及时评价总结、加强课后反思等6个方面,提出问题导学教学模式在预选军士培训中的应用步骤与方法,为人才培养提供借鉴。 To improve the quality of non-commissioned officers’training in military academies,this paper firstly expounds the basic connotation,development overview and main characteristics of the question leading teaching mode.Then,it puts forward the application steps and methods of the teaching mode in the training of preselected non-commissioned officers from following six aspects:designing issues scientifically,presenting problems appropriately,analyzing problems accurately,solving problems diversified,evaluating and summarizing problems timely,and strengthening after-class reflection,so as to provide reference for talent training.
