摘要 为科学构建战区装备保障体系,以我军大规模军事转型建设为背景,由复杂适应性系统理论入手,针对战区陆军装备保障体系开展复杂适应性描述,分析其复杂适应性特征和系统演化机制,从突出信息主导、优化体系结构、强化指挥控制3个方面,提出战区陆军装备保障体系适应性发展策略,以期为战区陆军在转型过程中有效提升整体保障能力提供理论支撑。 In order to scientifically construct the theater equipment support system,based on the large-scale military transformation construction of our army,this paper firstly introduces the theory of complex adaptive system.Then,it describes the complex adaptability of the theater army equipment support system,and analyzes its complex adaptability characteristics and system evolution mechanism.Finally,it puts forward adaptive development strategy of theater army equipment support system from three aspects:highlighting information leading,optimizing architecture,and strengthening command and control,so as to provide theoretical support for the theater army to effectively improve the overall support capability in the process of transformation.
