摘要
为加强我军装备维修保障建设,借鉴美军装备维修保障转型建设主要经验,系统研究美军近年来装备维修保障转型建设的基本理念和主要做法;从力量体系重塑、装备体系发展、军事斗争准备等3个方面,分析我陆军装备维修保障转型建设面临的形势与任务;从创新思想理念、丰富两级维修作业体系内涵、开展模块化维修保障力量建设、改进维修保障模式、构建维修保障资源体系等方面提出对策与建议。
In order to strengthen the construction of our army’s equipment maintenance support,we learn from the main experience of the transformation and construction of equipment maintenance support of the US army.In this paper,it firstly systematically studies the basic concepts and main practices of the transformation and construction of equipment maintenance support of the US army in recent years.Then,it analyzes the situation and tasks faced by the transformation and construction of equipment maintenance support of our army from three aspects of force system reconstruction,equipment system development and military struggle preparation.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of innovating ideas,enriching the connotation of two level maintenance operation system,developing modular maintenance support force construction,improving maintenance support mode,and constructing maintenance support resource system.
