摘要
为研究航空煤油在军车柴油机中的应用,建立车用柴油机燃用航空煤油燃烧与性能试验系统,以RP-3航空煤油为柴油机燃料,开展喷油提前角对车用航空煤油发动机燃烧与性能影响的试验研究。试验结果表明:随着喷油提前角的减小,预混燃烧与扩散燃烧放热峰值升高,燃烧相位右移,缸内最高燃烧压力、最大压力升高率明显降低,发动机工作平稳。各转速全负荷工况下,热负荷增大,低转速时,发动机功率、转矩升高,燃油消耗率降低;中高转速时,发动机功率、转矩下降,燃油消耗率升高。
In order to study the application of aviation kerosene in military vehicle diesel engine,the combustion and performance test system of aviation kerosene for vehicle diesel engine was established.RP-3 aviation kerosene was used as the fuel of diesel engine,and the effect of injection advance angle on the combustion and performance of aviation kerosene engine for vehicle was studied.The test results show that:with the decrease of injection advance angle,the peak value of heat release of premixed combustion and diffusion combustion increases,the combustion phase shifts to the right,the maximum combustion pressure and the maximum pressure increase rate in the cylinder significantly reduces,and the engine works stably;the heat load increases under the full load condition of each speed,the engine power and torque increase and the fuel consumption rate decreases at the low speed,and the engine power and torque decrease and the fuel consumption rate increases at the medium and high speed.
