苏州阳澄西湖隧道提质升级工程实践 被引量:1

摘要 为提升公路水下隧道服务品质,保障隧道通行安全,针对检查评定体系亟待建立、土建结构风险点多、机电设施故障率高、预防性养护与养护决策难以实施等问题,开展水下隧道提质升级实践意义重大。依托已建成通车的苏州阳澄西湖隧道,基于特隧特养、安全风险防控和信息化管养理念,系统性提出了设施本体性能改善、管养信息化水平提升及风险防控能力提升的提质升级解决方案。主要开展了以下工作:1)土建结构病害处治、机电设施改造升级和交安设施性能完善设计与实施;2)建立了隧道管养信息化系统;3)研究制定了隧道检查评定体系和运营阶段安全风险识别与防范体系。方案实施后,苏州阳澄西湖隧道的设施技术状况得到明显改善,信息化水平和风险防控能力显著提升。 To improve the service quality of underwater highway tunnels and ensure the safety of tunnel traffic,it is urgent to establish an inspection and assessment system and solve the problems such as multiple risk points of civil structure,frequent failure of mechanical and electrical facilities,and hard implement of preventive maintenance and maintenance decisions.It is of great significance to carry out quality upgrading of underwater tunnels.Relying on Yangcheng west lake tunnel in Suzhou,China,the quality upgrading schemes for improving performance of the facilities,information level of management and maintenance,and safety risk prevention and control are systematically proposed.Main works conducted are as follows:(1)Disease treatment of structures,renovation and upgrade of facilities,and implementation of performance improvement of traffic safety facilities.(2)Establishment of an informatization system for tunnel management and maintenance.(3)Establishment of a tunnel inspection and assessment system and a risk identification and prevention system for operation period.After the implementation of the quality upgrade program,the technical conditions,information maintenance level,and risk prevention and control ability of Yangcheng west lake tunnel have been improved remarkably.
