摘要
高校二级学院督导工作不同与学校督导,只有立足于具体的课堂内外教学活动,充分发挥教师、学生和教学管理人员等多方力量,才能保障教学院教学质量的稳步提升。根据河西学院文学院的实践经验,以督教、督学、督管为基础的"三位一体"教学督导模式,有利于构建一种多元化教学督导主体全员联动的教学运行局面。这种教学局面,有助于实现教学督导工作的全面覆盖和全员参与,进而促进教学院教学质量的有效提升。
Teaching supervision in college is different from that of university.Only by focusing on specific teaching activities inside and outside the classroom,and giving full play to teachers,students and teaching administrators can the teaching quality of colleges be steadily improved.According to the practical experience of the College of Literature of Hexi University,the "Three-in-one" teaching supervision model based on teachers' supervision,students' supervision and teaching managers'supervision is conducive to the construction of a teaching operation situation in which all members of the diversified teaching supervision bodies interact.This teaching situation is conducive to the realization of comprehensive coverage of teaching supervision and the participation of all staff,thus promoting the effective improvement of teaching quality.
