摘要
本研究立足中医临床人才培养目标,结合基础阶段医学课程,从案例分析、模拟诊疗、早期实践、经验传承等角度对中医临床思维基本功的提升策略进行探索,提出设想,以期为学生构筑卓越的岗位胜任力奠定基础,并为中医基础阶段人才培养模式的研究提供借鉴。
Based on the goal of training clinical talents in Chinese medicine,this study,combined with the basic stage medical curriculum,explores the promotion strategy of the basic work of Chinese medicine clinical thinking from the perspective of case analysis,simulation diagnosis and treatment,early practice,experience inheritance,etc.,and puts forward the idea,with a view to laying the foundation for the students to build outstanding post competence.And for the basic stage of Chinese medicine talent training model to provide reference.
