摘要
目的:探讨基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在临床医学本科班药理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取某校2015级临床医学本科1班、2班为研究对象,分别采用混合式教学+传统教学和传统教学,对期末成绩、总成绩及期末试卷主观题翻转内容得分情况比较,最后开展问卷调查,对实验组进行效果反馈。结果:两组成绩、主观题翻转内容得分情况比较无统计学差异,但是多数学生对混合式教学的态度较积极。结论:混合式教学可提高学生的自主学习能力,但受本次翻转内容少、少数学生未积极参与等影响,短期从成绩评价上未见效果。
Objective,To study the effect of blending learning model based on flipped classroom in the pharmacology teaching in clinical medicine class.Methods,The research subjects were selected from the class 1 and class 2 of the clinical medicine of grade 2015,traditional teaching and blending teaching were adopted respectively.The total score,final exam score and the scores of subjective items flipped on final paper were analyzed,and questionnaires were carried out to give effect feedback to the experimental group.Results,The scores and the scores of subjective items flipped on final paper were analyzed,there was no significant difference between the two groups.However,most students have a positive attitude towards blended teaching.Conclusion,Blending teaching can improve students’autonomous learning ability,but due to the influence of the small amount of flipped content and the lack of active participation of a few students,no effect has been seen in short-term performance evaluation.
