摘要
导师制在大部分地方本科院校法学教育中面临虽实施而不得其效的困境。传统导师制分类庞杂但职责不清且收效甚微。地方本科院校法学专业的培养目标基本定位为培养法学应用型人才。鉴于法学专业的实践性及地方本科院校的客观情况,构建法学"双师型"导师制是解决困境的有效途径。
The tutorial system is faced with the dilemma that the implementation of it cannot be effective in most local universities. Traditional tutorial system classification is complex but the effect is not good. The training target of law major in local universities is to train applied talents of law. In view of the practicality of law major and the objective situation of local universities, it is an effective way to solve the dilemma to construct the "double-qualified" tutorial system of law.
