大数据时代的到来,对各行各业都造成了深刻的影响,各领域管理工作发生了深刻的变化。一方面,大数据基于互联网技术,为各种管理工作提供了前所未有的便利;另一方面,大数据概念自出现以来,仍然处在高速发展的阶段,对于如何认识、运用大数据,还众说纷纭,对相关职能人员的工作带来了挑战。这种情况下,高校档案管理工作需要理清思路,把握住时代发展的方向,既要利用好大数据这个工具,又要避免其中的风险,努力开创出崭新的局面。
