摘要
本文分析了应用型高校专业型硕士研究生人才培养现状,并提出了将全流程OBE理念应用于校企合作专业型硕士研究生人才培养的模式,以产出为导向,构建适合应用型高校校企协同育人模式,探索校企-产业学院联合培养体系,创建产业学院专业型硕士研究生人才培养模式和保障体系,目的是通过对产业学院模式下应用型高校专业研究生培养模式研究,解决制造业发展建设中高端应用型人才培养的实际问题。
This paper analyzes the current situation of professional postgraduate talents cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,and adopts the whole-process OBE concept to apply professional postgraduate talents cultivation in college-enterprise cooperation,and builds a college-enterprise collaborative education mode suitable for applied colleges and universities.To explore the joint training system of college-enterprise-industrial institute mode,and establish the training mode and guarantee system for professional master graduates in industrial colleges.Through the research on the training mode of professional graduate students in applied colleges and universities under the industrial institute mode,the practical problems of cultivating high-end applied talents in the development and construction of manufacturing industry can be solved.
