高校教师心理资本对工作压力与职业幸福感的调节和中介效果 被引量:10

Regulating and mediating effect of psychological capital of university teachers between work pressure and occupational happiness

摘要 目的:探索高校教师工作压力和心理资本对其职业幸福感的影响机制,为有效提升高校教师职业幸福感提供参考。方法:采用高校教师工作压力、心理资本和职业幸福感量表对我国不同省份的356名高校教师进行分层随机抽样调查。结果:①高校教师职业幸福感在学历、月收入、职称和所在院校等人口统计变量上存在显著性差异;②高校教师工作压力除教学之外,其余各维度均与职业幸福感呈显著负相关,高校教师心理资本中4个维度与职业幸福感全部呈显著正相关;③高校教师工作压力对职业幸福感具有负向预测作用(β=-0.218,P<0.001),心理资本对职业幸福感具有正向预测作用(β=0.710,P<0.001),但交互作用不显著(P>0.05);④引入心理资本作为中介变量,其对职业幸福感的正向预测作用显著(β=0.698,P<0.001)。结论:高校教师职业幸福感与工作压力及心理资本密切相关;心理资本在工作压力与职业幸福感之间不具有调节效果,但起部分中介作用。 Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of work pressure and psychological capital on the professional happiness of university teachers,and to provide reference for effectively improving the professional happiness of university teachers.Methods:A stratified random sampling survey was conducted on 356 university teachers in different provinces of China by using the scales of work pressure,psychological capital and occupational well-being.Results:①There were significant differences in the occupational well-being of university teachers in such demographic variables as education background,income,professional title and the universities where teachers work.②Except for teaching,all the other dimensions had significantly negative correlation with occupational happiness;Moreover,the four dimensions of psychological capital had a significantly positive correlation with occupational happiness.③University teachers’work pressure had a negative predictive effect(β=-0.218,P<0.001),and psychological capital had a positive predictive effect(β=0.710,P<0.001),but the mutual effect was not significant(P>0.05);④The introduction of psychological capital as an intermediary variable had a significantly positive predictive effect on occupational happiness(β=0.698,P<0.001).Conclusion:University teachers’professional well-being is closely related to work pressure and psychological capital.Psychological capital has no regulating effect between work pressure and occupational happiness,but it plays a part of mediating role.
