摘要
为了提高褐煤浮选效果,工业分析其基本性质,通过探索乳化柴油最佳HLB值、油水比、复配乳化剂组合配制得到高稳定性的乳化柴油药剂。对褐煤样品进行浮选试验,常规柴油浮选机分选,捕收剂用量80 kg/t时,精煤灰分17.80%,可燃体回收率为78.34%;乳化柴油浮选机分选,当捕收剂用量为10 kg/t时,精煤灰分17.65%,可燃体回收率为81.53%;乳化柴油浮选柱分选,捕收剂用量4 kg/t时,精煤灰分为17.39%,可燃体回收率高达80.24%。结合药剂乳化与浮选柱分选技术,可对该细粒褐煤煤泥进行有效分选,进一步降低灰分,提高资源利用效率。
In order to improve the flotation effect of lignite,on the basis of proximate analysis and other basic properties analysis,the emulsified diesel with high stability was prepared by exploring the best HLB value,oil-water ratio and combination of emulsifiers.The results show that the ash content of clean coal is 17.80%and the combustible recovery is 78.34%when the collector dosage is 80 kg/t dry coal slime with conventional diesel flotation machine separation.The ash content of clean coal is 17.65%and the combustible recovery is 81.53%when the collector dosage is 10 kg/t dry coal slime with emulsified diesel flotation machine separation.And the collector dosage is 4 kg/t dry coal slime,the ash content of clean coal is 17.39%and the combustible recovery is 80.24%with emulsified diesel flotation column separation.Combined with reagent emulsification and flotation column separation technology,the fine lignite slime can be effectively separated,the ash content can be further reduced,and the resource utilization efficiency can be improved.
