摘要
以湖南某应用型本科院校土建类专业历届毕业生就业信息为基础数据,使用统计分析法对毕业生目前的就业地点、工作单位性质与专业匹配度等方面进行梳理,再从专业、时段、性别三方面分别分析毕业生的就业现状,探索地方高校土建类毕业生就业现状与行业发展之间的联系。研究认为,地方高校在土建类专业人才培养过程中应注重校地共建合作。在就业指导中应考虑不同专业毕业生的职业发展特点、考虑不同时期大学生特点、考虑毕业生性别差异。其结果有助于指导理论与实践教学工作,推动就业指导工作高质量发展。
Based on the employment information of previous graduates of civil engineering major in an applicationoriented undergraduate college in Hunan Province,this paper uses statistical analysis to sort out the current employment location,the nature of firm and professional matching degree of graduates,and then analyzes the employment status of graduates from three aspects:specialty,time period and gender,and explores the relationship between the employment status of civil engineering graduates in local colleges and universities and the development of the industry.The research believes that local colleges and universities should pay attention to the co construction and cooperation between colleges and local governments in the training process of civil engineering professionals.We should consider the career development characteristics of graduates of different majors in employment guidance,the characteristics of college students in different periods,and the gender differences of graduates.The results will help guide the theoretical and practical teaching work and promote the high-quality development of employment guidance.
