摘要
党的二十大报告阐释了建设现代化产业体系对于建设现代化经济体系和社会主义现代化强国的基础作用。本文系统分析现代化产业体系的历史演进态势,梳理建设现代化产业体系的理论逻辑,并提出建设现代化产业体系的实践路径。现代化产业体系是现代化经济体系的产业子系统,也是中国式现代化理论体系的重要组成部分。建设现代化产业体系,需要加快推进高端技术中国化,实现主导产业和高端产业安全可控,推进产业产能布局优化和内外产业深度融合,促进产业结构高级化和合理化,完善链群协同的组织形态,打造高水平的产业发展环境。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explains the fundamental role of building a modern industrial system in a modern economic system and a socialist modernized power.This article systematically analyzes the historical evolution trend of the modern industrial system,sorts out the theoretical logic of building a modern industrial system,and proposes practical paths for building a modern industrial system.The modern industrial system is the industrial subsystem of the modern economic system and an important part of the theoretical system of Chinese path to modernization.To build a modern industrial system,it is necessary to accelerate the Sinicization of high-end technology,achieve safe and controllable control of leading and high-end industries,optimize the layout of industrial production capacity and deeply integrate internal and external industries,promote the advancement and rationalization of industrial structure,improve the organizational form of chain cluster collaboration,and create a high-level industrial development environment.
