摘要
生态福利绩效的提升对推动我国经济社会发展全面绿色转型至关重要。本文依据人类发展指数和生态足迹测算生态福利绩效,基于我国省级面板数据计算各省产业结构合理化、高级化的特征值;实证检验产业结构优化对生态福利绩效的影响,以及清洁能源、循环经济在中间所起的中介作用。研究结果表明:产业结构优化对生态福利绩效有促进作用,且清洁能源、循环经济的中介效应存在;不同地区产业结构优化对生态福利绩效的促进效果及其传导效应存在差异,这种影响兼具空间效应,这意味着我国应分区域采取差异化政策推动经济社会实现全面绿色转型。
Enhancement of ecological wellbeing performance is essential for pushing green transformation of Chinese economy and society. In this paper, ecological wellbeing performance is calculated by HDI and foot print;the figures of industrial structure optimization and upgrading of each province are calculated based on panel data of provinces;the impact of construction of industry on ecological wellbeing performance is calculated;the mediating effect of clean energy and circular economy is calculated. The result of research shows: optimization of industry-construction has positive effect on ecological wellbeing performance;the mediating effect of clean energy and circular economy really exists;optimization of industry-construction has different impact on ecological wellbeing performance in different areas and the mediating effect is also different, these impacts may have space effect. This means that China should carry out differentiated policies in different regions to promote a comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society.
