摘要
经济发展与生态环境两者之间关系一直受到我国的重视。本文通过选取经济、资源和环境三个方面的九个基础指标,构建区域生态效率评价指标体系,运用Super-SBM模型评测得到2005-2018年长江经济带11省市的生态效率值,用Tobit回归模型对影响长江经济带生态效率的关键因素进行分析。得出如下结论:十年来长江经济带整体生态效率有所改善,且长江经济带三大区域生态效率呈现出明显的差异性,下游、中游和上游三大区域生态效率逐次递减。在影响长江经济带生态效率的因素中,地区经济发展水平、产业结构、科技进步和地区因素能有效促进生态效率的提高。
The relationship between economic development and the ecological environment has always been valued by our country.This paper constructs a regional ecological efficiency evaluation index system by selecting nine basic indicators in three aspects:economy,resources and environment,and uses the Super-SBM model to evaluate the ecological efficiency values of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2018.The Tobit regression model was used to analyze the key factors afecting the ecological efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The following conclusions were reached:Over the past ten years,the overall ecological efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has improved,and the ecological efficiency of the three major regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has shown significant differences.The ecological efficiency of the three major regions of the lower reaches,middle reaches,and upper reaches has gradually decreased.Among the factors affecting the ecological efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the level of regional economic development,industrial structure,technological progress,and regional factors can effectively promote the improvement of ecological efficiency.
