摘要
中国水资源供需矛盾长期存在,建设"节水型社会"刻不容缓。利用水价杠杆是提升社会节水意识的有效手段。多水源开发是节水型社会建立的方法之一,而目前对水价的研究中有关多水源综合定价研究较少。本文针对水价与节水的关系,论述了城镇多水源不同水源的特点,初步计算了多水源体系中各水源之间的比价关系,提出构建多水源水价体系的建议。
The contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources in China has long existed,and it is urgent to build a "water-saving society".The use of water price levers is an effective way to raise the awareness of water conservation in society.Multi-water source development is one of the methods for establishing a water-saving society,and there are few studies on multi-water source comprehensive pricing in the current research on water prices.Aiming at the relationship between water price and water saving,this paper discusses the characteristics of different water sources with multiple water sources in cities and towns,and preliminarily calculates the parity relationship between various water sources in the multi-water source system,and proposes the construction of a multi-water source water price system.
