摘要
本文根据测度制造业发展程度的相关理论,结合我国制造业的发展现状,围绕投入维度、产出维度、过程维度三个方面,构建一套区域小微制造企业发展指标体系。指标体系由11个基本指标和25项度量指标组成,具有理论框架清晰、指标覆盖面广、指标统计内涵不重复等特点。本研究将有助于深化对我国区域小微制造企业发展的认识,为客观分析、评价我国区域小微制造企业发展现状、研判发展趋势提供科学、适用的依据,对政府围绕小微制造企业制定政策和企业在制造产业的投资、经营决策提供重要参考。
From economics perspective,this paper fully reviews existing research literatures,with a clear understanding of growth characteristics and measure theory of small and micro manufacturing enterprises,in combination with the practical situation of manufacturing industry in China’s economic development,constructs a regional development performance index system of small and micro manufacturing enterprises including three dimensions,11 basic indexes and 25 metric indexes.This paper has the characteristics of clear theoretical framework,wide index coverage,and no duplication of statistical connotation.This study is helpful to provide scientific and applicable basis for objective evaluation of the development status and development trend of small and micro manufacturing enterprises in China and also provide essential reference for the government to formulate policies around small and micro manufacturing enterprises,as well as the investment and operation decisions of enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
