摘要
设计了一种自动检测植物苗叶面湿度,并根据不同植物的叶面湿度进行微喷灌的自动控制系统。系统由传感器、微喷头、控制系统三大部分组成,阐述了设计要点及其工作原理,通过实验方法找到了系统关键部件对育苗微喷效果影响的主要因素,确定了传感器之间的最佳距离及最佳微喷头直径。主要特点在于:研发了一种检测叶面湿度的传感器;研发了一个廉价的弹性反射式微喷头;研发了一套可分立使用又可联合组成集散型控制的精量控制系统,解决了目前还没有针对育苗而研发的自动喷灌控制装置的问题。实验和应用结果表明,所设计的装置简单、可靠、性价比高,显著提高了育苗的存活率和育苗的质量,具有较高的应用和推广价值。
In this paper,an automatic control system is designed,which can automatically detect the leaf surface humidity of plant seedlings and micro-spray irrigation according to the leaf surface humidity of different plants,the key points of the design and the working principle are described.The main factors which affect the effect of the key components of the system on the micro-spraying are found by the experimental method.Contribution of this article is to:developed a foliar humidity detecting sensor;the development of an inexpensive elastic reflection micro sprinklers;development of a set of discrete use can be joined together to form distributed control precision control system to solve the problem has not yet developed for nursery and automatic sprinkler control device.Experiments and results show:the design of the device is simple,reliable,cost-effective,significantly improved survival and quality of seedling nursery,with higher application and popularization value.
