工厂过程控制系统通常由多个PLC组成,每个PLC控制工厂自动化过程的一部分。多个不同的PLC系统通常需要交换数据,此数据交换称为对等通信。以施耐德新一代以太网型PLC-M580为研究对象,介绍了当一个工厂部署了多台PLC时,在几种典型的数据交换场景下,比如充当位于中控室的数据集中器与控制室内的SCADA系统通信,或者用作和不同品牌的PLC之间的通信,又或者和施耐德电气经典产品Quantum、M340之间进行对等通信的方式。
Industrial applications typically consist of multiple PACs,each controlling a part of the plant’s automation process.A system with multiple PACs usually requires data to be exchanged between PACs.This PAC to PAC data exchange is referred to as peer-to-peer communications.Based on M580,this article discusses how to implement M580 peer-to-peer communication services for the following application scenarios:Data concentrator—Several PLC applications periodically send a memory table to a single PLC,serving as data concentrator to communicate with SCADA.Applications coordination—Periodic exchanges between one data producing PLC and one or many PLC applications.Migrating or expanding a global data system with an existing M340 or Quantum system that employs Global Data.
