地铁车站深基坑工程降水开挖数值分析 被引量:6

Numerical analysis of dewatering excavation in deep foundation pit of metro station

摘要 为研究复杂环境下深基坑施工对地层及围护结构的变形规律,依托大连地铁后盐站深基坑工程,结合修正摩尔-库伦本构关系,建立三维有限元分析模型,对富水岩溶地层临近高架桥墩的深基坑降水开挖过程进行模拟,分析了基坑开挖过程坑外地表沉降及围护桩变形的规律,并与实测数据进行对比分析。研究结果表明:每一次降水变形工况与相应开挖工况产生的位移场变化趋势及地表沉降值基本保持一致,地表沉降曲线大致呈凹槽形分布,高架桥墩会导致附近地表沉降出现增大趋势;降水变形工况与前一步开挖工况产生的围护桩水平位移变化趋势基本保持一致,围护桩水平位移沿深度方向呈纺锤体型;实测数据显示,随基坑开挖围护桩水平位移逐渐呈“弓形”变化趋势;数值模拟的结果与实测结果具有较好的拟合性。 In order to study the deformation law of deep foundation pit construction on stratum and retaining structure in complex environment, based on the deep foundation pit engineering of Houyan Station of Dalian metro and combined with the modified Moore-Coulomb constitutive relation, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established to simulate the dewatering excavation process of deep foundation pit in water-rich karst stratum adjacent to viaduct pier. The law of ground surface settlement and retaining pile deformation during foundation pit excavation is analyzed and compared with the measured data. The results show that the variation trend of the displacement field and the surface settlement under each dewatering deformation condition are basically consistent with that under the corresponding excavation condition. The surface settlement curve is roughly fluted, and the viaduct pier will lead to an increasing trend of surface settlement nearby. The variation trend of the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure caused by the dewatering condition is basically consistent with that of the previous step excavation condition, and the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure presents a spindle shape along the depth direction. The measured data show that the horizontal displacement of retaining pile gradually presents a "bow" trend. The results of numerical simulation fit well with the measured results.
