摘要
近年来,我国东南沿海地区陆上风力发电飞速发展,该地区地基多存在淤泥土、粉土等软弱土层,而风机的运行对基础的承载力以及稳定性要求较高,所以可靠的地基以及合理的基础选型至关重要。本文对软土地区常用的地基处理方法以及基础类型进行了总结归纳,从适用土类型、施工便利性、经济性等方面对其进行了对比分析,同时介绍了较为先进的工艺改进方法。其中地基处理方法包括换填垫层法、预压法、夯实法、复合地基,基础类型着重于阐述桩基础及各类桩型。最后对不同情况下地基处理方法以及基础选型提出了建议,为软土地区风电工程设计提供参考。随着技术的发展,地基处理和基础形式的选择越来越丰富,必须了解各类方法的原理和适用范围,才能更好地保障风机运行的安全。
In recent years, the wind turbine in the southeast coastal area of China has developed rapidly. The ground in this area is mostly composed of soft soil layers such as silt, and the operation of wind turbines requires high bearing capacity and stability of the foundation. Therefore, reliable ground and reasonable foundation form are crucial. In this paper, the common ground improvement methods and the types of foundation in soft soil region were summarized, which also compared from the aspects of applicability, construction and economy. Some advanced improvement methods were introduced. Replacement cushions, preloading, tamping and composite foundation were included in ground improvement methods, while the pile foundation and various pile types were especially introduced in the foundation form. Suggestions on ground improvement and foundation form selection under different conditions were put forward, which can provide reference for wind turbine engineering design in soft soil region. With the development of technology, the selection of foundation treatment and foundation form is more and more abundant. It is necessary to understand the principles and application scope of various methods to better ensure the safety of wind turbine.
