倾斜式提篮拱桥吊杆张拉施工控制研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究大跨度倾斜式钢箱提篮拱桥吊杆张拉全过程的结构力学响应,以渭河特大桥为工程背景,利用MIDASCivil建立了大桥的有限元模型,基于几何关系建立了吊耳定位误差控制模型,通过对吊杆张拉力、拱肋应力及变形的分析对4种吊杆张拉方案进行了筛选,提出了新的索力测试方法并进行了对比,最后对吊杆张拉全过程的应力、变形及局部受力进行分析和监测。结果表明:上下耳板的偏转角满足精度要求,确保了处于同一平面;采用跨中至拱脚依次对称张拉的方案对于吊杆受力以及拱肋的受力和变形最有利;考虑抗弯刚度修正的频率法模型、油表拟合、索力动测仪读数均能获得较好的实测索力值;大桥的受力和变形在吊杆的整个张拉过程中均比较理想,可为同类桥型施工控制提供参考。 In order to study the structural mechanical response of the large-span inclined steel box basket-handle arch bridge during the construction phase,the Weihe River Bridge was employed as an example and the finite element model of the bridge based on MIDAS Civil was established in this paper.The positioning error control model of the lifting lug is established based on the geometric relationship.Through the analysis of suspender tension,arch rib stress and deformation,4kinds of suspender tension schemes are screened.A new cable force test method was proposed and compared.Finally,the stress,deformation and local stress of the derrick during the whole process of tension are analyzed and monitored.The results show that the deflection angle of the upper and lower lug plates meets the accuracy requirement and ensures that they are in the same plane.The symmetrical tensioning scheme from mid-span to arch foot is the most favorable to the stress on the boom and the stress and deformation of the arch rib.The frequency method model considering the flexural stiffness modification,results obtained by oil gauge fitting and cable force dynamic meter reading can obtain better measured cable force values.The stress and deformation of the bridge are ideal in the whole tension process of the suspender,which can provide reference for the construction control of similar bridge types.
