长江漫滩区基坑支护与地下结构一体化设计及示范应用 被引量:6

摘要 对于设撑基坑,传统顺作法利于出土、但临时支撑的建造与拆除周期长、经济性差、基坑变形难以控制;传统全逆作法无临时支撑、但小开口出土入料效率低下。采用基坑支护与地下永久结构一体化设计方案可弱化两者缺点、结合两者优点,成功应用于南京建邺区某大型商业综合体项目基坑工程,灵活实现了上下同步、提前预售的目标,加速了资金周转、优化了支护成本,有效控制了周边环境的变形,该一体化设计可为城市核心区超深基坑设计及施工提供有效技术支持。 The traditional bottom-up construction method is favorable for excavation,but the construction and demolition of temporary support takes a long time.And it is uneconomical and difficult to control the deformation.The traditional top-down method has no temporary support,but the excavation is inefficient.The Design of deep excavations supported by permanent structure can weaken both of these shortcomings and combine both of these advantages.It has been successfully applied to the excavation project of a large commercial complex in Jianye district,Nanjing.The goal of up-down synchronization and advance sale is realized flexibly,the capital turnover is accelerated,the support cost is optimized and the deformation of the surrounding environment is effectively controlled.The design and application can provide effective technical support for the design and construction of ultra-deep foundation pit in urban core areas.
