带锚固板钢筋与混凝土粘结滑移性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为减小钢筋锚固长度、缓解节点区域钢筋过密、避免混凝土浇筑不密实,锚固板作为一种新型的机械锚固形式,逐渐应用在钢筋混凝土结构工程中。本文设计了111个钢筋混凝土拉拔试件,包括15个直钢筋试件和96个锚固板试件,通过对比分析,研究了混凝土强度、锚固长度、保护层厚度、配箍率等因素对粘结滑移性能的影响。根据试验和分析结果,提出了带锚固板钢筋的锚固强度的计算公式。 To reduce the anchorage length,avoid the overcrowd of reinforcements in the joint area,and improve the compactness of the concrete pouring,headed bars are a newly used mechanical technology in reinforcement-concrete structures.This paper carried out 111 pull-out tests,including 15 specimens of straight bars anchorage and 96 specimens of headed bars anchorage.Comparative analysis was conducted to study the influences of concrete strength,anchorage length,thickness of protective layer,and stirrup ratio,on the bond-slip performance.Based on the experimental and analytical results,a calculation formula of the anchorage strength was proposed for the application of the headed bars.
