摘要
针对钢箱梁人行天桥结构耐腐蚀性差,稳定性一般等特点,本文在研究活性粉末混凝土的力学性质及利于MATLAB推导其本构关系的基础上,提出了将活性粉末混凝土应用于既有人行天桥作为桥面板使用的设计,以钢-RPC组合箱梁作为桥梁上部结构的工程方法。ABAQUS计算结果表明改造后人行天桥承载力更大、各构件受力更加合理且更加美观。钢-RPC组合箱梁结构可在其他人行天桥工程改造和新建工程中推广使用。
In view of the poor corrosion resistance and general stability of the steel box girder pedestrian bridge structure,based on the study of the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete and the derivation of its constitutive relationship by MATLAB,this paper puts forward the engineering method of applying reactive powder concrete to the design of the existing pedestrian bridge as the bridge deck and the steel-rpc composite box girder as the bridge superstructure.The results of ABAQUS calculation show that the bearing capacity of the pedestrian overpass is larger,the bearing capacity of each component is more reasonable and beautiful after the reconstruction.The steel-rpc composite box girder structure can be widely used in other pedestrian overpass projects.
