摘要
研究不同掺量的碳酸钙晶须对水泥砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度的影响规律,通过扫描电镜从微观角度观察碳酸钙晶须与水泥石的粘结形态并分析其作用机理,进而提出抗折、抗压强度与碳酸钙晶须掺量之间的理论模型关系,并通过Origin软件求得参数,拟合出碳酸钙晶须掺量与强度之间的关系曲线。试验结果表明:碳酸钙晶须对于抗压强度与抗折强度的最佳掺量分别为5%、10%,且在水胶比较小时碳酸钙晶须对水泥砂浆的增强效果更为显著。提出的理论模型与试验数据吻合程度较高,可较好地预测不同掺量下的强度值。
This research studied the effect of calcium carbonate whisker proportion on cement mortar flexural strength and compressive strength.Microscale scanning electron was used to capture the bonding form of calcium carbonate whisker and set cement,and the bonding mechanism was also studied from microscale aspect.A theoretical relationship model of calcium carbonate whisker,flexural strength and compressive strength was proposed by experiment study.The relationship curve between the content of calcium carbonate whisker and the strength was fitted by Origin software.Experimental study indicates that the proportion values lead to best compressive and flexural strength performances are 5%and 10%respectively,the enhancement effect is much more significant when water-binder ratio is small.Due to the great consistency of model prediction data and experimental data,the model proposed in this study can probably be used for cement strength prediction of different calcium carbonate proportion.
